Stockport Homes Group is a great place to work. We pride ourselves on building strong collaborative relationships locally, regionally and nationally. We are passionate about not only providing housing and building new homes in Stockport but helping to transform the lives of our customers. We aim to provide comfortable and affordable homes and engage customers and communities.
We are a values driven organisation committed to achieving our mission of ‘One team, transforming lives’, but we’re also entrepreneurial, maximising the value of our money and resources.
We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Agent or Property Management Professional to join our lettings team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in private lettings and residential property management who is passionate about delivering high‑quality service to both landlords and tenants.
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative lettings team, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. You’ll deliver a professional, customer‑focused lettings and full property management service, managing properties from instruction through to tenancy end. This includes providing landlords and investors with a reliable “one‑stop shop” for their lettings and management needs, while ensuring tenants receive a responsive, supportive, and well‑managed service.
You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the lettings service, building and maintaining strong working relationships with your portfolio of landlords and tenants, as well as supporting the growth of the service by working effectively with new and prospective landlords. Clear, confident communication and a proactive approach to managing issues and expectations are essential.
We’re seeking a candidate with a strong, up‑to‑date working knowledge of lettings legislation and property management compliance, combined with hands‑on experience managing tenancies, inspections, maintenance issues, landlord instructions, and tenant enquiries. You’ll be highly organised, customer‑focused, and comfortable taking ownership of your workload within a busy, supportive team.
Three Sixty Living has ambitious plans for growth, making this an exciting time to join and be part of our journey.
Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
The SHG “Be You” approach sums up our belief that everyone has the right to be who they are, and to be that person at work, in line with SHG’s Values. We’re always looking to improve diversity within our teams to enhance this culture and to be truly representative of the communities we work in.
This role will be on Three Sixty Hybrid terms and conditions.
The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We understand that if you don't meet every requirement, you may be hesitant to apply but we still want to hear from you and encourage you to submit an application detailing your experiences, achievements, and the value you can bring to our team.
If you require any reasonable adjustments to complete your application, please contact the People & OD Team on humanresources@stockporthomes.org.
