The Vacancy

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer within our busy Property Management service area. The Customer Service Officer is often the initial point of contact for many customers when they access Stockport Homes for the first time so making the right impression really counts. Providing a full range of information on the services provided including applying for social housing, how we let our empty homes, mutual exchanges and helping customer become ‘tenancy ready’ amongst other tenancy related services, the role is varied but always has a strong customer focus.
Striving towards the delivery of excellent customer service, you must demonstrate commitment, passion and enthusiasm to resolve customer enquiries sometimes in challenging and complex situations. Having the ability and skills to communicate effectively with all customers is an essential skill for this role as is exceptional organisational skills.
