SHG are looking for a People & OD Coordinator to join the People and OD Team!

Full Time (37 hours per week), Permanent.

What will you be doing?

You will work closely with the HR and OD Teams to provide support across key people processes, acting as a first point of contact for queries from colleagues and managers. You'll assist with maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring data is processed correctly and supporting with related queries. Additionally, you’ll help hiring managers and new candidates to create a positive onboarding experience. Your role will also involve coordinating corporate engagement and charity initiatives, arranging learning activities, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring our intranet page is kept up to date with useful and engaging information.
