SHG is currently recruiting for a Lead Digital Developer to help support maximising the social and financial value of our assets through innovation.
Working alongside the Lead Digital Innovation Strategist and Head of Digital you will ensure that coding standards, development frameworks and documentation are completed and adhered to when planning, developing, and deploying business solutions, with particular emphasis on Microsoft 365 applications, PowerApps and Robotic Process Automation tools (UIPATH).
You will motivate and support the Digital Developer and Junior Digital Developer as well as work closely with SHG’s Tech and Systems teams to ensure a cohesive approach to delivering business solutions.

Due to the nature of the role, it would be desirable if you have knowledge/experience of working in a studio like environment within a local authority’s infrastructure.
