We’re looking for a Customer and Community Engagement Manager who will have strategic responsibility for delivering best practice around customer engagement and customers influencing service design and delivery. This will include embedding a culture which puts the tenant voice at the heart of decision making, through developing and delivering the accountability framework.

The Customer & Community Engagement Manager will lead and provide strategic management of Stockport Home Group’s ‘Customer Voice & Influence’ Strategy. They will manage of team of five staff which must have influence across the organisation. They will need to develop strong and productive partnerships both within and outside the organisation.

We’re looking for someone who has experience of managing a team of staff, encouraging customers to influence services and working positively with the community. You will need to be able to work at a strategic level and represent the organisation externally at a range of partnerships.
