We have an exciting opportunity in our Business Support Team for a highly motivated candidate and are looking for a Senior Business Administrator to join us and supervise a team of Administrators in the timely day-to-day delivery of comprehensive administration to all areas of Three Sixty SHG Ltd and its customers.  

The key purpose of this position is to support the Accounts Manager in the development and delivery of high-quality and timely administrative services supporting all divisions throughout the organisation. You will liaise directly with colleagues at all levels, across a variety of contracts, maintaining a wider understanding of the business requirements.  

 

As the Senior Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for: 

  • Providing comprehensive business administrative support to all areas of Three Sixty 

  • Line manage and support team members with general business enquiries, across the various systems used 

  • Train and coach team members as required. 

  • Evaluate and review subcontractor and supplier works documentation, closing work tickets appropriately and accurately. 

  • Accurately record, input, and maintain operative working patterns and overtime documentation: including assessment and recording of payments due. 

  • Collate, record, and liaise with Site management on the materials, plant and equipment held onsite. 

 

Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Proven experience of managing a successful team in a busy office environment. 

  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both colleagues and internal and external customers. 

  • A customer focused approach 

  • An understanding of the commercial sensitivities to timely and accurate processing of invoices/credits and financial documentation and act accordingly 

  • A proactive approach to collating, chasing and timely processing of financial activities within the appropriate month to assist the Finance Team's account production. 

  • A high level of accuracy and a conscientious attitude with a high level of integrity 

  • The ability to utilise all ICT hardware & software provided including bespoke management systems, Microsoft Office and web-based portals as required to fulfil the duties of the role.
